The host was extremely responsive and helpful. He arranged transport to the airport for us and was an amazing host. The apartment is SO conveniently located and we were thrilled by this. It is very close to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum, very imminently walkable, and very close to the Acropolis subway station. It was easy to get the keys from the lockbox and get into the building. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 6 (one younger child slept on the couch easily). The kitchen was fully stocked with breakfast items which was outstanding: bread, eggs, meats, cheeses, milk, juice, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, oil, yogurts. We were provided with double the food items that we needed, and were so very grateful! The kitchen is small but had the "essentials". Stove worked fine (all we did was cook eggs). Coffee maker worked fine and was lovely to have. Great to be able to finally drink tap water in Greece!
Location could not have been better for the sight seeing and restaurants. Plus it had a convenience store right below it which was super convenient. Property was comfortable and met all our needs plus some. Owner went the extra step and stocked fridge with breakfast items and was in continual communication with us before and during our trip.
Fantastic location…everything was 5-10 minutes away. Easy and quick access to the convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, and of course the Acropolis and Plaka. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. Mr. Nikos was super helpful and accessible. He left very clear and thorough directions for everything, and he was very responsive with any questions or requests. I really appreciated that he made an extra trip to bring some requested fruit later in the day, ensuring that we had the freshest items.
Nice fridge full with food for breakfast for 3 days and fruit. Excellent contact with the owner. Good Taxi arrangement from and to the airport. The drive is nearly 45min and had to pay only 45€ for the both of us (one way).
Also received a bottle of wine on arrival. The loccation is excellent. Just 2min walk from the Acropolus museum and a 5 min walk from the entrance to the Acropolus itself. Didn't need public transport during our stay.
