Location is good. Too close to beach. Host's behavior is good and helpful
Great location. Close to great restaurants, Old Kos Town and beaches. Spacious living area. Good washing machine . Very clean accommodations. Lots of bonus treats like packages of snacks, water, orange juice and Fanta. Fast responses by Dimitris. No noise from neighbors, dogs, traffic or restaurants. Bedrooms are nice and dark for sleeping. Lovely front patio.
It was a wonderful stay with my family. Quite area to sleep well, just 100 meters to the sea, clean, well equipped and furnished property. In addition, so many thanks to Dimitris, owner of the property, for his prompt response and for his support on every request we made. My family and I are very much grateful, thank you Dimitris!
fantastic location for beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We loved ali Baba which was opposite, lovely food and friendly Staff. Dimitris was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The property was really clean, we had a fantastic stay and will be back. thank you
It was very clean & modern and in a fantastic location less then a minute from a nice part of the town beach and lovely little tavernas all around and the main town & harbour 10/15 minutes walk away
