Everything is perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The pools were very clean and perfect for kids with different depths for all ages. The pool bars played great music and the drinks were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also good. The location is wonderful with many walkable restaurants and super markets and just a short bus ride to Chania.

Also, if you choose the breakfast and dinner the food is good and diverse every day.
Really good location. A stones throw from the very nice beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.
The hotel facilities were as expected. Breakfast got busy (as you would expect given the time of year) but the staff did manage to keep on top of keeping the buffet options populated. If anything did run out they we quick to replace it when asked.
We only used the front pool and found that to be large enough to accommodate the guests. It did get a little busy at times but there was still space to have a small swim or play games with family.
The apartment we were initially given was not what we expected but after speaking to reception they happily gave us a different apartment after one night, when it became available. The new apartment was very good and plenty big enough for a family of 4, including two teenagers.
