La Libertia (receptionist) Mr. Mykos/his wife and staff were very friendly and very helpful. All were willing to help. Breakfast was plentiful with protein, fruit, pastries, and morning beverages. It was an authentic local accommodation and beautiful building. It is close to the bus stop, restaurant, local bakery, and a walk up to the castle/church/winding step shops, picturisque town, and beautiful top view. Occasus Solis Restaurant-Deny & staff-were very kind!
The room was a really cool shape, with a high arched ceiling, air conditioner, and balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Maria was available to help with anything we needed (including locating one person's belongings, which were lost at the airport), and there was a nice continental breakfast. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as small stores with essentials and more nearby.
Parking nearby. Good care of staff. Room design. Good breakfast.
Maira was very flexible. I realized I made a mistake with my reservation; she fixed it quickly and make everything less stressful. She was so helpful; she arranged early breakfast(4 am) and transportation. Highly recommend this hotel.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great if you are staying in the pyrgos area. The room is lovely and very quintessential santorini.
