Big, clean rooms right by the beach. They even provide beach towels.

Very clean, away from hustle n bustle of main tourist area but only 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of parking, cleaned and supplied clean towels as often as needed, kitchenette w/ 2 burner hot plate, fridge n sink, pour over coffee funnel, wine bottle opener!, AC, clothes line, outside fitting area- both on the porch n in the yard under umbrella, beach towels available, outdoor shower. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

I love how you can get to the beach in 4 min or less, it was just around the corner. So many restaurants, bars, shisha tasting, small marcets etc. The room was clean, traditional bathroom, we had a small electric cooker so a lot of times we made lunch ourselves. the owners were such a nice people, she even gave me a handmade ornament she did herself.

Super close to the beach. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot weather and the staff were lovely - very kind and helpful.

Everything went in the best order. Contact, service, cleanliness, location - ideal. Price very affordable. It should only be noted that the living conditions are not those of a 5* hotel and there are no luxuries here, but a typical Greek apartment from the turn of the century. However, it is very clean and cozy - well equipped with the equipment needed on a holiday stay: air conditioning, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery, safe, WiFi, TV (with radio channels - it is worth listening to local music). Cleaning, changing towels (including beach towels) and bed linen on a regular basis. The only downside was the mattresses on the beds that were too hard (for me), but this is a very subjective matter. The hosts are very nice, and the surroundings of the facility are very well-kept, including olive and ficus trees. Overall, I am very pleased and sincerely recommend this place for a stay in the vicinity of Perissa.
