Communication with the owner, size of the apartment, new facilities
It was just what we needed for our group as needed seperate rooms
The house is incredible, big 3 rooms big terrace and good located

We stayed for three nights with 3 kids. The apartment is new, very spacious and bright, located in a new building. There is a parking place, a supermarket nearby and many cafes where you can eat. We got clear instructions where to find the keys. Internet was good. We easily walked to the historical center.
