The host was very friendly and responsive. Any question we had, he helped us immediately.
Communication with the owner was very good.
On the day of departure , our flight was late in the evening, and he agreed us to stay longer in the house without any charge.
The house was very clean, located very close to tourist attractions, good taverna , and restaurants.
It is a great accommodation to spend a lovely holiday.

Kostas was one of the most supportive and helpful hosts I've come across ever. Communication before and during was flawless as he grew up in the US. Altough I went to Rhodes many times before due to family ties the recommendations he sent over were actually the best choices one could get for great stay.
The place is newly done, clean and fully functional. Cold AC when you need it, stable Wi-Fi and a great spacious shower giving you all the amenities for a worry-free stay. Nothing lacking with great restaurants and souvlaki shops in Koskinou in walking distance. Very low car traffic giving you the authentic village life impression you're after when sitting on the clean and spacious front porch enjoying a sundowner. Safe windows, safe door, safe area. Parking right in front of the door was never a problem. 10/10 would book again.
