We had a perfect family stay in Nikiti. The location of the apartment is perfect, offering easy access to the beach (10 minutes walking) as well as to the main roads with lot of shops and restaurants. The accommodation was even better than we expected – spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Our child enjoyed a lot the yard with the pool. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a minor problem with the shower, but the hosts managed it within a few hours.

The location, the appartment and all the faciliies inside and outside were just perfect. We had a 10 nights' stay and really enjoyed each day (pool outside, small garden, peaceful area, amazing hostess and unbelievable weather). We managed to take a boat for rent in Vourvourou (Deep Blue, rent a boat), travelled to diffent beaches (Kukunari, Le Mantri, Lagonisi, La Luna) and visited nearest locations (Ormos Panagias, Ellias Nikiti, Neos Marmaras, Vourvourou). The appartment is just next to central road, Nikiti's Farmers Market, locations to eat and supermarkets. The inside facilities were above our expectations, everything was usefull and working (best thing was to have a washing machine and dish washer). Thanks a lot to the amazing hostess, Erik, that was just great and smiley and very positive. He was polite to share with us many local hints and was very receptive during our approaches! All the best to the team!.

Space is great. Equipped apartment. Good sound insulation. Perfect yard with the pool. Peaceful neighborhood. Would recommend.

Modern. Spacious. Clean. The Manager is excellent.

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, air conditioned. It had everything we needed, also detergents for house cleaning and other useful stuff. A vacuum cleaner was available for self cleaning when needed. Wi-Fi excellent. Shower excellent. Lovely to have a dishwasher. The small garden in front of the apartment was useful to put some beach stuff and the laundry to dry. The swimming pool was big, very nice and clean. It was always very quiet although some guests were present. In general the facilities were clean and maintained in a good state. The host Eric was very helpful and kind. He gave us some suggestions. The position was great for us. Parking near the house was available on the road. Location is nice, close to main road and adequate to reach several “paradise” beaches by car. Very close to any kind of supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants at walking distance. Definitely we will come back!
