Расположен в центре Ханьи, вокруг полно кафе / ресторанов/ магазинчиков. Большой супермаркет в 5 минутах пешком, до прогулочной набережной несколько минут буквально, до автобусной станции минут 10.
Для меня основные 3 параметра это чистота, адекватная подача воды и хороший wifi для работы. Здесь все присутствовало. Даже продлила проживание еще на несколько дней уже на месте.
Уборка каждый день.
Есть возможность оставить чемодан после выселения.
Хозяйка практически всегда там, очень приветлива и готова во всем помочь.
