The stay was fabulous, all of the staff members are really kind, always made cleaning as fast as possible, for sure coming back to this hotel.
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. The room was fully equipped and modern. We could enjoy the amazing Caldera view while sitting in our own hot tub. Overall 10/10 and would definitely visit again
The receptionist was super helpful, the restaurant staff were very friendly and very nice, the location was perfect and the sunset was irresistible and the nice views were unstoppable.
