I liked the value of the stay. The price was reasonable. In a decent location, about a 20-25 min walk from the main square area and tourist attractions. It was in a very local area, away from the tourist trap restaurants which was nice.
Super clean, comfortable bed and in a fantastic location
Perfect location! The room is very comfortable! The host is very helpful and friendly!
The location is completely in front of the Metro station, just cross the way within 10 seconds! We knew it is a basement before we go so it's ok for us. We walked to Acropolis and The Acropolis Museum from the studio, can reach there on foot for 15 mins. The way was safe and clear via Google Maps.
Next to metro station Singrou fix, on a charming pedestrian street with small restaurants, very close to Acropolis and Filopapou. Extremely clean, new furniture. One of the few locations I found in Koukaki area that doesnt need an interference with the:switch of the water heater (usually in Athens one has to put "on/off" the "thermosifono"). Comfortable bed. In spite of being at semi-basement, it was not noisy. The kitchenette has everything necessary for a stay of 1-2 weekes (plates, glasses etc). I found also vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, tea, water in the frige. I consider it very welcoming and useful. TV with Netflix. In the bathroom all essentials (shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper, etc).
