Excellent apartment, very comfortable and in a fantastic spot very close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and attractions.
Amazing apartment, looks 10 times better than in the photos. Something that I recommend 100% to anyone who is planning to go to Nea Moudania. I will stay in this apartment next year again. 150m from the sea, quiet, huge-sized apartment, beautiful.
Everything was new and in order will all the facilities a family needs inside, the view from the balcony was amazing when you can relax after a long and busy day in the beach which was 2 minutes from the property, the owner Michael was very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend the Evergreen apartment.
Everything was perfect! The owner was helpful and friendly, the apartment was clean and equipped with absolutely everythig,so i reccomend the place with both hands!
Our second period at Michael’s place went well.
Location is very good if you prefer to stay outside the central area and be just five minutes walk away from the beach and then bars.
Apartment is very well equipped if you are in a mood to cook your own dinner and have it served with a magnificent view of the city and harbor.
