very good location, beachfront access, clean, comfortable, nice looking/modern place appealing to everybody, even loaded with some gadgets like electric rolls prompt and good communication with host will certainly consider strongly for repeat visits useful notice to next travelers: in order to unlock the door from outside you must pull firmly the door while turning the key :)

The place is really worth it, we visited it with my girlfriend. The location is great, you are literally 30 seconds from the beach, the room was clean and tidy, the air conditioners worked great which was the most important thing for me. If you decide to use the kitchen, there is everything you need, utensils, plates, glasses. The building itself is quiet, except for the planes that you can hear, but I don't think it's too much. Cute decor attentions for our brief honeymoon stay in the area, clean and well equipped, security blinds on patio doors. Eva was very nice and understanding, gave us the opportunity of an early check-in when our plans coming back to Athen's area changed. Didn't get to visit with the tempersture, but beach is right around the corner.
