Location, size of the apartement, cleanliness, politeness of the host.

Staff very helpful. Location perfect for sightseeing, restaurants , and transportation. Although on busy Via Egnati very quiet, comfortable,spacious apartment.

we would not make better choice than staying in Venizelos apartment. The place was in a very heart of Thessaloniki, but still quiet and safe. We arrived from the airport by bus which stopped almost next to the building entrance (3 min walking). The host met us personally at the agreed time to give the key and general instructions / answer our questions. Space was bright and clean, perfect for 4 persons. There is an elevator but we were using stairs for 2nd floor. Host is really kind and communication was excellent. It has heating and AC (we used heating as it was a bit cold). I would stay there again.

We stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a building. Although it is a very busy street, we were not disturbed by the noise as the windows overlook the courtyard. The fact that the windows have louvre was also a great convenience for us to put the children to sleep. There are great bakeries, restaurants, museums and a playground around.
