Beautiful hotel, we booked the elements suite with pool and hot tub and loved it. One complaint and that is that it’s not a hot tub, it’s a cold tub. We complained and asked for the heat to be turned up but was told that 33 was the hottest. To cold to sit in so we couldnot use it. The staff are all nice especially leonardos who went out of his way to give us good service. The breakfast was amazing, delivered to our suite which we watched the sunrise every morning. We just ordered off the sheet the day before. The resturant was nice but menu very small. We hired a quad which was an excellent idea as hotel quite remote. Free parking. Would recommend this hotel if looking for peaceful getaway with nice views.

Breakfast was superb and well-prepared every morning. The facilities were very well-maintained by housekeeping and the front desk staff were very helpful - helped us arrange for a car rental with ease.

The atmosphere was tranquil and restorative, with much thought given to the decorative details in this regard. (For example, lavender, mint, and rosemary bushes were right outside our door, along with lovely hibiscus and lantana flowers.) We could hear peaceful water sounds. The caldera view was stunning. The color scheme inside the suite was lovely and peaceful as well.) Somehow, the pool deck never gets too hot to step on! The double shower and jacuzzi tub were amazing.The breakfast was a huge highlight. There are many delicious choices, and we loved the option to be served in our suite. The daily visits from local kitties added a sweet charm! The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and kind. They answered our questions and helped us make arrangements (such as for transport) when needed. It is a bit far from the more populated spots on the island, but that is exactly what we wanted.

Everything was perfect! There were no any dislikes. During our 5 day stay the linen was changed 4 times! The stuff is very friendly and helpful! Their advices for places to visit and restaurants were amazing! Location is very nice! Would definitely like to stay there again!

Luxurious place to stay. Location is quiet and for us was perfect but we had a car so could travel around the island easily. Gorgeous room of a high standard Can see the sunrise over the hill and set from the terrace.
