We had a wonderful time at Enigma Boutique! The location is fantastic — just steps from a beautiful, quiet beach, and only 2 minutes by car from Marmari town. It felt peaceful and secluded, yet still very accessible. The place itself is beautifully designed, super clean, and has everything you might need — both indoors and outdoors. You can really feel that a lot of thought went into every detail. A special thanks to Maria, the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish and relaxing getaway in Evia!

Very good, calm location, 5min walk from Marmari. Spacious, new apartment with enough room for a family of four to have breakfast, either at the small balcony or indoors. Parking space was more than sufficient. The windy weather drops the temperature by about 5 degrees (or more) compared to Athens. The isolation must have been really good because we rarely felt the need to use the air-condition. Our host was always available to answer our questions although we had done our homework as well before coming here.

Our stay in the Enigma Boutique Houses Koxyli was incredible. We went to many great beaches around the area of Marmari and Karystos, but somehow the best beach is right across the street! On the property there are sunbeds and umbrellas so you can spend the entire day swimming in the sea and sunbathing at the house. As for the place itself, it’s brand new, beautiful, spacious, very very clean, and well stocked. It has 3 working air conditioners (1 in each room) which easily handled the July 2023 heat wave. Basically, it was perfect. Finally, the host Maria was very nice and went out of her way to make our stay great. She kept in contact with us and responded to our requests/questions promptly. Not only that, she even gave us a drive or two when we needed! I’ve actually never had such a helpful host before. I wish I could have stayed for a month or two, it’s that good!

I would rate this apartment as 12 out of 10 and even higher. Fantastic flat, beautiful view, immaculate and very lovely premises, very clean and extremely well appointed, tastefully furnished. Plenty of utensils and dishware. The sea with a lovely strip of the pebble beach is virtually at the doorway. Maria (the host) is so kind and accommodating! We liked absolutely everything. Thank you Maria!

The host was very helpful and so kind. The accomodation was exactly was pictured and very serene. We had everything we needed and more. We had 3 tvs, 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a hair dryer, etc. Nice view and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel! The beach nearby is so refreshing and affordable drinks!
