Our whole family loved our stay at Eva Ivoni's apartment. The place was very clean and cozy, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a beautiful garden full of trees. The location was excellent – a great beach was just a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop was right in front of the building, and there were plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Eva is a truly kind and helpful host. She always responded quickly and supported us whenever we needed anything. I had some health issues during our stay, and when I asked her about seeing a doctor, she not only found the right specialist and made an appointment for me but even offered to drive me to the clinic in her car. I didn’t expect such warm hospitality, and I’m very grateful.
I highly recommend staying at Eva’s place if you’re visiting Heraklion!
Extremly kind hostess. Very nice apartment. Excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Beach 300 meters away, good bus connection to the center of Heraklion. For any recommendations.
The property was easy to access by car (there's a big FREE parking lot 2min walk away), clean, offered ample space. The location was close enough to Heraklion and the lively beach area but not noisy at night. Very fair price.

A very nice apartment the bed is comfortable clean linens ,the apartment is renovated, close to everything supermarket bars and restaurant the bus stop going to heraklion center and airport is just outside very close also to the beach there is also a nice pool outside the apartment ,Ms eva was Very nice person willing to help us always . Thank you so much Ms Eva we really enjoyed our stay.
