The best thing about this hotel are the girls at the front desk who I feel truly looked out for me and my children. It seemed very important to them that we enjoyed our stay and helped us so much with all of our needs. The hotel is near a wonderful beach and a bus stop right in front going to Chania or 10 min by taxi, $10 Euros. Our room had a gigantic balcony almost the same size as the room, overlooking the sea. The restaurant is really good, we ate there many times. The breakfast is wonderful - I even saw them baking fresh croissants the night before. The options to take any activity or tour from this hotel are endless. I loved their sweet cats as well. They also had a fully packed mini market with reasonably priced food and items- everything you could need and they open it for you to shop anytime, even late at night. I highly recommend this hotel, they are wonderful.
