Location and view. Amazing private little deck with the best sunset views.daily room cleaning. Easy access to public free parking. Unique original place built high up into the hill. We loved that EVERY day was leg day and if you're not a fan of that,there are the sweetest donkeys that take you up and down.

What a beautiful spot the Fotinos House was. Asproulis was a superb host, and his staff were amazing keeping the place clean daily. The location is magical for sunset time, and very close to restaurants and stores, the bus station, and the town square. We loved the private spot this place has for viewing the sunset!! Very romantic and just a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We would most definitely love to stay here again. Thank you Fotinos House for a dream vacation.
location was the best part, it’s was unique and a different type of experience.
The cave room was very atmospheric. Hosts were great. The special viewing spot is ok for most of the sunset but due to the numbers you can't see the final "plop" as there are so many people standing on walls etc they block out the view
