Тихий район, чистые апартаменты. Близость к метро. И расположение супермаркетов. Наличие большого балкона. Есть лифт. Чистота в парадной и во дворе. Безопасность.

Great location, ~10 minutes on foot to Attiki underground station. The room is fine and well equipped (there is AC and a freezer), the balcony is very big and nice to sit on. The value for money is a very good deal. And, what is also important, the owner lady is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with the navigation. Definitely worth remembering when I visit Athens again.
Perfect location near to the Attiki metro station. The apartment is wonderful way better than the neighbouring houses. The owner is super helpful and communication is very fast. The place is calm and clean. Apartment has a large balcony that is awesome!
