Location,very nice apartment . Easy parking in the vicinity for free nice pool and overall we had a great experience.
The apartment - the lower unit in a house - was beautiful! It was clean and decorated for our winter family trip. The host lovingly set out food for us before we arrived and checked in after we had settled in. She responded to every question quickly. The location was a peaceful walk to the harbor - just far enough to enjoy the peace of the back oasis.
This place was well stocked, clean, and very private. The back garden was peaceful and a great place for respite. And other than our local family, the host was the most welcoming we have ever met! There were special touches and extra things our family would love just waiting for us when we arrived! It was the perfect way to be welcomed to Crete!
Location is superb. House has all facilities and pool and garden. The hosts welcomed with a nice cake and prepared nice desert before we left the place. Kids loved it very much.

+ Super-safe for kids as there is no access from the road to the pool (only access through the 2 of the bedrooms).
+ Maria was adorable. We arrived quite late and she welcomed us with a homemade cake and a bottle of wine and local olive oil. She put everything we needed in easy access. She had prepared the crib for the baby and even put a stroller for us in case we needed one extra.
+ The spot was nice as we could go on foot to the city but still find a parking place in the 50m from the apartment.
