If I was to recommend something, I’d recommend this. Mathilde and her partner are absolutely beautiful people, the property has so much soul to it that you cannot find in any hotel. The rooms are small and cozy, have everything you need from kitchen utensils to fresh oranges picked from their garden. It’s super quiet and the location is perfect for day trips
Perfect location. Large area with its garden and parking. The owners have several cats and a dog, who delighted us with their presence. Comfortable modern housing, in which you feel quite secluded.
Place its wonderful and you can even see the sea from the bedroom. Very accessible to the main road for going to all the best beaches on that side of the island. Very quiet and peaceful and the rooms very clean.
Mathilde is an incredible host: we really felt at home, and she was always available for any advice or request. If you are a cat-lover, this place is very indicated as well, since three cats are there for cuddling and petting. Furthermore, Garden Rooms is pretty close to most popular beaches, as well as Chania, which was definitely a plus for us.
What did I like? - Everything! The location, Mathilde, the gardens, the facilities, tranquility away from the hotels - perfect.
