It was at a great location, close to amenities, restaurants, beach, public transportation. It was very clean, functional, unpretentious. Best of all the hosts (Georgia and her parents) were warm, kind and helpful. They welcomed us with home-made jam, cake. Every other day somebody stopped by to clean the place and to change the sheets and towels. We enjoyed the balcony. It was nice to sit out there at night and also to dry clothes quickly during the day (the clothes rack and clothespins were a thoughtful touch). There was also a garden with beautiful flowers. If you prefer such simple, home-like and clean apartments to fancy hotels, this is a good match for you. I recommend this place highly.

Our hosts were incredible. Upon arrival we were surprised with homemade jams and sweets waiting for us, along with a bottle of homemade Raki, some water, some juice for our daughter, fruits and 2 beers! The apartment was very clean and housekeeping came often. The deck is spacious which made it very enjoyable for all of us to sit on during the evening. On site, there is even an outdoor "shower" whereby you can rinse yourself off before going into the apartment. Avoids bringing in all the dirt and sand from the beach. Location of the apartment is perfect. It's very close to a variety of restaurants, there is a supermarket next door, and the beach is across the street. For those who are renting a car, there is parking on site which is EXTREMELY useful. Wifi was strong throughout the apartment as well as on the deck which made it very practical for us. Overall an enjoyable stay!

The apartment is very well located, particularly if you are attending a conference at the Minoa Palace hotel. I was about two minutes away from the conference rooms and paid less half than what I would have paid to stay in the MPH. The bus stop to go to Chania is just in front of the apartment and many stores and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and the air conditioning works well.

I have stayed in this place for 5 nights, I came there for a conference in Minoa Palace. It was a great choice because of the location. The owners are great people; there was everything you need. All you need for cooking or breakfast; a big balcony, comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. Nothing extremely fancy but all good quality.
