The view of the water from the terrace makes it! Lovely sitting area outside. We ate most of our meals there. Also friendly owner Georgia and her charming gaggle of well-cared for cats. Well-equipped with coffee maker, panini press, pots, small oven and stove-top.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay,amazing view's from the property terrace. the studio was very well equipped everything you could want was there .The studio was spotlessly clean,good size shower/toilet room and the quality and level of equipment throughout was of a very high standard. Our host Georgia was lovely nothing was too much trouble for her,she even helped a couple who arrived looking for somewhere to stay last minute even though she was out with her friends. Can't wait to return.

Really nice and helpful host. Wine, jam, bread and raki gifted on arrival as well as fruit. View over looking Kato Zakros bay very nice as well as the proximity to the 'Gorge of the Dead'. Room very well equipped and had everything we would need. We stayed in February and the heating during a cold spell was adequate.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. The sea view was perfect. The hostess was amazing, we even got Christmas dinner.

I liked it a lot. Giorgia ist very sweet and helpful. The viel is fantastic and if you like cats, you will always have nice company:) Perfekt place if you search for quietness, great nature and even culture(the Minoan Palace).Hope to come back soon!!
