We liked the fact that was very close to the city, parking lot available in front of the house. AC in every room, large living room. Quiet area you can sleep with open windows for fresh air. Good mattresses for sleep. Basic furniture.
It can accomodate up to like 5 adults + one little child. Basic utensils in the kitchen ( maybe here they need to improve just a little bit) .
Clean, big, spacious and ac in every room. Very helpful owner. In a quiet part of town, and the welcoming gift of good local vine. Just perfect value of the money.

The place is huge and luminous at reasonable walking distance from the beach. It is quiet
