Отель, по моему мнению, воспринимается на три звёзды и по питанию, и по сервису, и по интерьеру. Санузлы я бы оценил на две звёзды. Нет ни ванной, ни душевой кабины. Угол в санузле отгораживается шторкой, там можно душ принимать. Для заявленных пяти звёзд очень неожиданно.
