The accommodation was perfectly clean, fully equipped, and ideally located - just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only a minute from the bus stop. Eva was a fantastic host, assisting us with everything we needed and even providing a detailed guide full of excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
I love to stay at authentic places which makes with love and passion. Greek Memories Boutique is one of that places. Eva and her parents made my stay really incredible, I felt really like at home.
The place has a great location, close to main road, supermarket, Agios Nektarios church and the beach. So clean and lovely design.
During my stay Eva invited me to her daughter’s baptism, which is one of the most important day in Emmanuela life. I was so happy to have a chance to participate this big DAY.

The studio is large, comfortable, decorated with authentic objects. Its location is very good - close to a bus stop and minutes from the beach and the center.
Eva is an amazing host, very warm and always available if needed.
The host Eva was super nice! She gave me a little hand made gift when she found out I'm pregnant ❤️ Would definitely return!
Spacious modern building, perfect for a single traveller or couple. Brand new air con system, wetroom, all amenities, Youtube, Netflix, Fast Internet. Delivered on everything with a smile. Walking distance to all the bars but not so close that you hear them. Shop literally 2 seconds away on the corner. Landlady was on whatsapp for whatever I needed, they even came and cleaned and refreshed my coffee mid way through the week! Best location in Faliraki. Cannot fault it at all.
