The accommodation was perfectly clean, fully equipped, and ideally located - just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only a minute from the bus stop. Eva was a fantastic host, assisting us with everything we needed and even providing a detailed guide full of excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
The studio is large, comfortable, decorated with authentic objects. Its location is very good - close to a bus stop and minutes from the beach and the center.
Eva is an amazing host, very warm and always available if needed.
Spacious modern building, perfect for a single traveller or couple. Brand new air con system, wetroom, all amenities, Youtube, Netflix, Fast Internet. Delivered on everything with a smile. Walking distance to all the bars but not so close that you hear them. Shop literally 2 seconds away on the corner. Landlady was on whatsapp for whatever I needed, they even came and cleaned and refreshed my coffee mid way through the week! Best location in Faliraki. Cannot fault it at all.
A wonderful stay. Eva welcomed us with a big smile and showed she was really happy to see us. The place is right in the center. I was surprised to see that the studio is new you can smell it and it felt great to be the first guests. Eva gave us some local snacks for a thank you and they were amazing. Since I am half Greek I liked the decor a lot and as Eva explained all the items had history and some stuff reminded me of my childhood. An extra plus for me would be the mattress so comfy to lay all day. Eva you have done an excellent job and I hope everyone will love your studio like us,as I promised we will be seeing each other next year. Love Elisabeth and Matt.
