You have everything you need.
It is cosy and clean apartment with a balcony with a great view of athena mountains .
My kids enjoyed their stay as there is some toys for kids.
Not far from the public transportation.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
Flat is really nice. The location - meh. My advice - used metro and go by foot from there. Avoid trolleys and buses from Syntagma. Too much weirdos, aggressive and freaky people. Trust me. Trams and metro is the way in Athens.

Spacy apartment with a nice terrace. Glad we had a washing machine as we needed one for our clothes after spending a week in a hotel without one.
