The property is perfect. Excellent location, quite beach and wonderful sea. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. The breakfast is also very good.

everything was great. completely new hotel. huge rooms with all the facilities. big shower and separate toilets. large bed. great balcony (even the mountain view rooms). nice clean pool and all is a few steps from a nice bay on the ocean. normally there is a nice breeze from the ocean if not even abit windy which reduces the hear in the hot summer days. Jolanda and the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant as much as possible. the garden was still in developement when we arrived but is bound to turn beatifully once competed. the breakfast prepared by the in house italian chef was great (as suggested add cooking classes....). all this is just a 5 min drive from molyvos making the location great too however u should rent a.car (not that you can do lesvos properly w/o one anyway). unlike what some reviewers wrote there is already a showrer on the beach. and the beach is mostly sandy. the breakfast is quite diverse (with custom made eggs)
