This family owned hotel is extremely clean, quite and great location for exploring the island
We had a 2 bed apartment on the ground floor; 1 room with 3 single beds was huge,the other with a double was a good size but also has the kitchenette and dining table in it. Bathroom/shower fine.
The terrace was a bit squashed for 4 people ( 2 adults,2 teens) and we had to add the dining table to the small outdoor table. There are nice views towards the pool and pretty vine's everywhere. It's ground floor so all the cats came to be fed,we love cats so this was great but if you don't then reserve an upper room!
It's on the main road into Karystos but it's a fairly quiet road so it didn't disturb us.
Easy to drive into Karystos which has a lovely sea front and many amazing beaches nearby. The surrounding mountains,castles,Dimisari Gorge etc are worth visiting.
Athena, who runs it, is helpful and friendly.
cleanliness, comfort, comfortable bed, very kind staff, parking space, swimming pool, quiet, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace
