We had a lovely comfortable stay. Very spacious and clean apartment with a big terrace with table and chairs and nice view to the sea. Beautiful starry sky at night. The main double bed was comfortable. There was air conditioning in both rooms, essential with the warm moist weather of the south. The gardens are fabulous and location very tranquil and peaceful. Host made us feel welcome and helped with a lot of information. Apartment was thoughtfully equipped with all essentials you might need from washing powder to mosquito repellent devices. Also a shared espresso machine in the premises made relaxed mornings even better. If you need some relaxing time in nature that’s an excellent place. Location was good to explore all south area and even the small beaches nearby the property were very interesting too.

Just a perfect place between two cities - Ierapetra and Makry Gialos. Nice and supporting welcome. Clean and a quiet place in the middle of paradise nature. Very fresh air among the olive trees. You can feel the atmosphere of the old farm while living in the new premises. Ferma village is a little forgotten peaceful gem, where you can find everything you need for life. Don't forget to walk on the beach around the old abandoned 1000 rooms "Ferma Beach Hotel" to the small port, it's an experience in itself! Our family of five person loved everything! Many thanks to the hostess! If possible, we will definitely visit you again!

Small village, very quiet place. The apartment is away from the main road but still close enough to walk to a small beach or a couple of tavernas. The apartment have everything you might need to enjoy vacation. I recommend it if you prefer a less touristy and quiet place.
