Everything was perfect! The location is pretty far from the center, but we were searching for quiet places. For us, it wasn't a problem. The walk to the center and back takes about 15 min (slow pace) and it fits perfectly after a delicious dinner. The apartment was very big, a lot of space. Very clean and everything you could possibly need in a vacation can be found in the apartment (there is even a treadmill). Also, the host left us some food in the fridge which was more than enough for 2-3 days. It was perfect, because we didn't had time to do grocery shopping in the first day. Also, we had capsules for the espresso machine which were very good.
The yard is big enough and it was amazing to drink my coffee in the yard below the grapes.
There are some cats around but they don't bother anyone. I actually bought some snacks for them.

Quiet neighborhood,big garden with grass and nice furniture
Location is to an edge of town so is quiet, the neighbor was nice ( an old lady ) and a few friendly cats. Distance from center is about 1 km ( 10 - 15 min easy walk ) good after a copious dinner.
