I liker the apartment, it's rather comfy. There is a lot of light, which is important. I've been in places without any windows, so sunny windows are ideal for summer vacation. I liked that three beaches where close by. Yialos Beach, Kolitsani Beach and Tzamaria Beach. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets in the area as well. It's a good place for vacating.

Good contact with stuff, nice room with a nice view

The accommodation was excellent. We agreed with the owner to upgrade the room and have a room in a quieter location. The hotel is peaceful but only a few steps from the center, where visitors can find many tavernas, bars, cafes, and discos. The room was cleaned every day. The owner was amiable and recommended places to visit on Ios and Santorini, which was the next destination on our trip.

The property was very conveniently located, being only a short walk up to the main town of IOS. Management were kind enough to upgrade me to a premium room in the nearby Rita hotel (which they also own) which has a fantastic pool overlooking the harbour, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the room was serviced and cleaned daily. The hotel also offered discounts on ATV hire and other activities that could be done on the island.

The accommodation was really cheap and the host was really nice, they cleaned our room daily, changed the towels once in 6 days and they let us to stay late after the check out. The accommodation has a bus station right in front of it and the town(Chora) and port is pretty close. Is the best option for a couple that travels on the budget.
