Fast and easy access to the host (to get/let the keys, to communicate). Good location of the property: 5-10 minutes walking distance from bus and/or metro stations. Easy access to the apartment: located on the 1st floor and, as a "bonus", the building has also elevator available. Spacious apartment quite well equipped: AC, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster .... I would say, ideal for a family, for a few (more) days stay. A long balcony (over all 4 rooms) with the possibility to have a breakfast/coffee there. Parking: during the day, easy to find a parking place nearby (on the street, around the building), much more difficult in the evening/night. (By the way, as a general rule for Athens and with very very few exceptions: the free parking means actually parking on the street, on your own risk and how close or far away it can be, depends on your luck. Not to mention that in some areas you don't even have this possibility.)

Big apartment, with a very equipt kitchen, AC in each room. The bathroom small, but ok. Hot water and washing masin. Good communication with the host.
