The apartment is excellent and its location is perfect because it is just 1 minute walk from Metro Station. The interior is beautiful, new, modern and very comfortable and is ideal for a couple. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a lot of extra amenities for guests and high speed internet connection. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and various shops in the area. Katerina is friendly, with ease communication and has made the arrival of her guests easy, by establishing key boxes with code in case she can’t come to welcome them. I strongly suggest KK Athens Fine Stay, for all those who want to visit Athens for work or pleasure. Thank you Katerina for your hospitality.
A beautiful large terrace with a sun awning, chairs, and a table that you can use for breakfast, but also sun loungers to relax on after a day out. A warm welcome with of lot of fresh fruit and drinks.
The metro is very close by, just down the street and across the road. A bakery is on the corner of the street and other shops are also very close. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. Good beds, air conditioning worked well, which was definitely needed on those hot days. Wifi was good everywhere. The hostess, Katerine, was although her holidays, always available and very attent to her guests to ensure we would have an excellent stay. We were able to check in earlier than foreseen and could at the end of our stay leave our luggage there all day until we had to leave for the airportive. This was the best stay in Athens.

The host and neighbour were very nice and accommodating. We were able to get into the apartment early which we really appreciated. The place is very close to the metro and in a nice neighbourhood. All was very clean and nice.
The apartment is new and nicely furnished, complete with a small balcony overlooking a side street with little traffic. It is equipped with every comfort with a fully equipped kitchenette. Communication with the owner was precise and very quick, the cleanliness exceptional. I also particularly appreciated the location, the subway stop is practically under the house. I was driving but it wasn't difficult to find street parking nearby
