Everything was very good. And the staff was very helpful and nice and went out of their way to help me in a difficult situation when, midway to the airport to catch my flight, I realized I had forgotten one of my baggages back in my room! It was very very early on a Sunday morning, before reception's opening hours, with the clock ticking dangerously close for my flight, but someone from the staff answered my call ( I woke them up from their sleep actually), went and picked my bag from my room, and handed it to me at the entrance of the hotel when I raced back - fortunately I caught up with my flight just in time! I really thank you for this!

Nice room, good view from our room and a big nice balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to many restaurants and beach.
The size of the room (it's very big), how clean the room is (cleaning is done daily), the pool in fron of the hotel and the friendliness of the people. The hotel is facing the sea, close to the beach, in a quiet area. It's 20 min by car away from Chania.
The hosts are very kind and helpful, they speak good English
