L’appartement est très bien situé , dans le centre , tout près des commerces, plage et de la vie festive mais au calme.
Il est très fonctionnel : de nombreux rangements et est décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Tout le nécessaire est présent pour cuisiner : grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four….
Un parking gratuit se trouve à 5 minutes à pied; une supérette se trouve à 2 minutes.
