Property was clean and had good facilities with friendly staff and in a brilliant location. we had no problem with noise
It was our second stay at Kappa at two consecutive years. Everything was perfect again. We had early check-in with a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. Flat was very well designed, had a kitchenette with all necessary equipment. We had a huge balcony and two AC’s. Bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady kept our apartment very tidy everyday. Nikitas is a very kind owner. Last year, wifi was not working well, this year it was much better. Location is amazing, 3 min walk to beach and 1-2 min walk to best restaurants in Faliraki. A great cafe downstairs, a supermarket 200 meters away. Quite cheap comparing to the quality. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay in the room, it was spacious, clean and modern with everything you need for a successful holiday. The staff were great and our rooms were cleaned every day to perfection. The location was great, close to all the bars and restaurants, plus there is a coffee kiosk right below the hotel which was great, close to the sea and walking distance.
The apartment is in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach.
Another great stay at Kappa apartments Always a pleasure staying here. The apartment is always clean, cooking facilities are very good all you need. cleaners always friendly fresh towels and of course a great location.. Hooe to be back very soon
