Excellent location with beautiful view over the Plakes beach and sea. Less than 5min from Skiathos port on foot and next to bars, restaurants and whatever someone needs. Dimitris is an excellent host who attended to our every need. He welcomed us in his beautiful property, fully stocked with greek delicacies and everyday living products. I highly recommend Kappari to anyone who wants carefree vacations.

The owner was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He was very contactable if anything went wrong and helped straight away. The apartment was lovely and the food and drinks that the owner left for us were very welcoming. It meant that we could enjoy our holiday straight away rather than having to find a mini mart. There was a pebble beach down steps outside the apartment and this area was great for snorkelling. The apartment was also very close to the main town and if you walked the other way, there was a nice beach with restaurants, sun loungers and water sports. We had a great time.

Dimitris our host had filled the fridge, the food cupboard plus the bathroom and even supplied the capsules for the washing machine. He had thought of everything. The studio is spacious and the outside terrace is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the sea.

Beautiful position in Skiathos in Plakes Dimitris is very attentive, respectful and helpful.

Cute little cottage by the sea with a beautiful garden. Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels bedding . Washing machine was a great asset. All essentials provided ( toilet paper, washing pods water, snacks were much appreciated The view is priceless
