The apartment is clean and is really close to the metro where you can easily and quickly get into the city centre. It's great value for money compared to other apartments I was looking at. The Aircon works very well.

Excellent apartment, highly recommended. Super clean, easy to enter, it's not too central but the neighborhood has everything you need and the metro is literally a few blocks down, truly a gem, very clean and comfortable.
the conditions are very good, close to two metro stations and you can reach the center in a few minutes by metro. Very clean, spacious, equipped with all the necessities. I recommend with confidence.
