The apartment as apartment is a room, comfortable for one person, with tv, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, table with chairs and a single bed: the bathroom is a typical bathroom in an old places. The location is in the center, just 5min from the main shopping center, 1min from a supermarket and 25min from Ktel bus station. The owner is friendly and you have a good communication with him.
