Great view from the hotel and very good hospitality

The breakfast was amazing- everything fresh and homemade- reminds me of the traditional Greek breakfast when I went to Greece to visit family as a child. The owners Eleni and Panayiotis were so very kind and helpful. When I needed to contact local Greek relatives by phone they called for me using their own phones (I was having trouble with my cellphone) and even spoke in Greek to help arrange plans since my Greek is poor. The property is beautiful with amazing views of Konitsa.

Nice room and there was a swimming pool. However it is half mile from the town. Which we did not mind and to walk to town in the evening with our dogs. But the wild dogs at the entrance to the town were a massive dangerous problem. We had to get a taxi home each night to avoid them. And the local people know about the problem.

The whole complex was just beautiful with a wonderful garden and a fantastic pool area with a pool bar. There where always some friendly locals at the pool which was great for our son, because there where always other kids to play with. The owners and the entire staff are very lovely and welcoming people. Our room was a bit dark, but we where visiting during a crazy heat period and the air condition worked well, which was the most important thing. All together the room was fine for the price.
