Nice little studio apartment, great location just a few minutes from beach and restaurants, mini mart right around corner and can run and work out at the stadium nearby. There is a washing machine (we didn’t use) and they have provided condiments and coffee. Nice little balcony. AC works well. Kitchen is functional. They left a welcoming note and slippers. Very tidy.
Don’t worry about the monster that grumbles and coughs after each flush… he quiets down after a minute…
Our stay there was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Very clean, cozy and the location was perfect (a quiet street which is close to the city center and a small beach).
The owners are also very friendly. We didn’t understand how to turn on the hot water so we contacted them on email and they responded quickly.
Overall, I recommend staying at this location.
Everything was perfect, a nice and cozy studio next to the center of Chania.
We were two friends visiting Chania. We loved location of the apartment, 5-10min walk from center. The apartment has everything if not even more than we expected. The key is picked up with code (the location of a key safe is on the right side before you enter the garage area). Owner was also very responsive via text, especially when we had problems figuring out how to turn on hot water and kitchen stove (there is fuse box where you must switch labeled fuses on).
The appointment is absolutely great. Everything you might need is in there. The bed is super comfortable and it has big terrace. Location is great as it is very close to the old town and also the beach. It was super quite and no noise from the street or other neighbours. The host was friendly and reacted very fast to our messages.
