The apartment is not close to the sea, but it has a good view to the sea. It has everything needed so we did not need to bring anything. There was even a coffee, sugar, cream, salt, est. It is a quite place. The apartment was very clean. The free parking is not guaranteed but we always find somewhere to park for free close to the building.

Lovely apartment, which was very well equipped with kitchen kit, space to lounge, outside space etc. Although it's not in the centre of town (which was clear before booking), we also loved that we were within 10 minutes walk of a beach, supermarket, cafe/bakery. There were also other eateries nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was super comfortable, it had everything you need for a stay and even more, well thought till the smallest details. There is a nice garden and a dining area outside. But probably the best thing about this property is the terrace. The view from it is breathtaking. It is shared and on the forth floor of the building, but all the time we were there alone. And there is an elevator that can take you there, an elevator in the 4-storey private house which impressed us a lot. The terrace is also well equipped. Usually we do not atay a lot at the hotel and try to explore the new places, but this time our kid caught a cold with temperature and we had to stay almost all the time inside, so I was happy that we selected such a comfy and nice place to stay. Au, and there is a jacuzzi on the terrace which did not work at that time, but may be if you ask id advance the experience would be even more romantic!)

We liked the apartment very much, you can relax with a drink in the patio after the beach and on top of the building there is a roof-bar with the most amazing view to Kavala and the bay! Don't miss at sunset! Most of the lovely beaches are close, 15-30 min away by car. Dogs are welcome, too. Worth the money!

The flat looks the same like the pictures. The location is absoluttey perfect - 5 min. walk to one of the beaches and abt 15 min. by car to Nea Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos. The place has all the equipment needed. The parking lot is just in front of it. There are 2 bakeries, small shops and a giros and a very good restaurant not more than 5 minutes walk. The bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. There Is air conditioning and the wifi is stable. And just to mention the roof terrace!
