If you're looking for a place with top standard, that is new and has everything necessary to live comfortably, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with nice bakeries and very authentic restaurants (mostly for locals) nearby, this is the one you'd like to choose.
The owners are extremely nice and helpful, helped us a lot with many different things during our stay. The fridge was waiting for us full of goodies which was a very pleasant surprise.
The whole stay was perfect. Highly recommended for people working remotely who are looking for their next stop, but also for travellers for a base to explore Crete.
Super Empfang. Maria ist fabelhaft. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben alles erdenkliche zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Εξαιρετικό και εάν βρείτε διαθεσιμότητα επιλέξτε το ανεπιφύλακτα!! Οι παροχές του είναι άριστες, πολύ σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα, πάρα πολύ καθαρό κατά την άφιξή μας, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης του Ηρακλείου αλλά σε πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία, ευγένεια & άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Εκτιμήσαμε επίσης ότι βρήκαμε το ψυγείο γεμάτο...μας προσέφεραν αρκετά πράγματα για το πρωινό μας δωρεάν χωρίς να το έχουμε ζητήσει. Ευχαριστούμε για την εξαιρετική διαμονή που μας προσέφεραν!!
La nostra esperienza in questa location è stata fantastica.
Io mia moglie e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato dal 16 al 22 luglio 2024 e credo sia stata la nostra migliore trovata
per quanto riguarda l'affitto di una casa in vacanza.
Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato Maria ad attenderci con la sua simpatia e gentilezza oltre ad un frigo pieno di bevande fresche e di frutta per riprenderci dal viaggio.
La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e curata nei minimi dettagli.
A soli dieci minuti dal centro di Heraklion e vicina a delle spiagge meravigliose.
Al ritorno dal mare o dalle escursioni c'era ad attenderci la nostra piscina privata (da dividere al massimo con gli affittuari dell'appartamento gemello)
dotata di doccia esterna calda ed un ambiente curato ed elegante.
Sicuramente la nota per noi più importante sono stati Maria e Michalis, non degli hosts ma dei VERI AMICI !!!
