Location is the best in Agia Pelagia. Right on the beach with no possibility of passing traffic so very quiet at night. Lots of restaurants within 100m. Apartments are modern, spotless clean and excellent host in Laia.

The host, Laia, was very friendly and always accesible if you needed something. The room was steps from the beach. Restaurants lined the seashore and there was a little area filled with stores, mini markets etc. The room was large with a nice bathroom. We had a small balcony where you could sit and just relax. There's parking nearby.

I loved everything about this place, the design, the view, the location.

It is right in front of the beach, you can lay down in their beach beds in the garden, it is very convenient. Yo can go in the water and right to your terrace. It has a shower to take out the sun and the salt. The staff is kind and friendly. You can snorkel near the rocks. There's free parking right next to the place.

The owner, Laia, was extremely helpful finding a doctor for my wife who was suffering from back pain. She also had her cleaning woman wash our clothes and hang them to dry, sparing us from having to drive into Heraklion to wash our clothes ourselves. Her apartments are simply, but very tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very modern. The location near the Agia Pelagia parking is ver convenient. And the village of Agia Pelagia is much more charming than the beach resorts closer to Heraklion. It has many inexpensive, vut very good tavernas. (We ate at Zorbas and Alchemist.) Also, the price was very reasonable.
