This is a very spacious apartment, immaculately clean, with very high quality furnishings and sound system (hifi), and with a very well equipped kitchen (for example, proper knives, good quality pots and pans, etc). The AC worked very well (we needed it). Good parking with a shade cover. The apartment has really great unimpeded eastward views across the sea to the mainland. Very friendly and helpful hosts. For my daily morning swim it was no more than a 10 minute walk (through the abandoned hotel property just to the south) to access a small but very private beach, where we never saw anybody else. Supermarkets and restuarants are a short drive (one or two restaurants within walking distance) and the very nice western beaches are only 20 minutes drive away. To access the northern coasts, consider a water taxi from Benitses as the drive is rather long and windy - although very scenic...
