Calm and cozy place! The lake is beautiful! The apartment is very comfortable and luxurious.
Wide and spacious, modern, and very clever design and setup with all you need to feel home away from home.
The kitchen is well equipped, so we could easily make breakfast and dinner.
Showers have a great stream of water, and they are clean and spacious. Hot water was sufficient for our family of six, though we waited a bit (15-20 minutes) after three or four showers, just to make sure that it would not run out in the middle of a shower.
Location is very convenient for taking off to day tours, and it is 3-4 minutes away from large supermarkets , coffee, and restaurants, as well as less than 10 minutes away from Ioannina city center by car.
Free parking is available on the street for any kind of vehicle (even for a 9 seater van)
Very ckean, new modern design. I asked for extra supply, in 2 minutes the host sent it to me. Really kind and generous.
Very spacious! It is in a quiet neighborhood with parking availability on the street and only a 20 minute walk to the town center!
The host is always there if you have any questions and it was easy to communicate with.
The place has everything you need for your stay.
Adequate amount of storage space and the beds are very comfortable.
