Property is recently renovated, it is clean and modern, building and area is really nice
Well, definitely one of the best of 3 different apartments we stayed in Athens. Very spacious and well equipped. Has a quite good design and planning. Spacious bathroom with regular+ shower
It's rare to find a privately run apartment like this where everything is right and just works, where all the little details are thought of and well done....but this is one of those places. We were really comfortable here, and impressed by how clean and well thought out it was. And, as I mentioned, all the little things were there and everything just worked.
The location, while not right in the center, strikes a good balance. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro station and then just a 10 minute ride to be right in the heart of everything. The street the apartment is on is quiet and it's just one or two minutes walking from the heart of the Sepolia neighborhood (which, while small, has enough that you don't feel you're in the middle of nowhere).
The area surrounding the apartment was really nice and I felt safe at all times. The fridge also had some soft drinks as welcome which was nice as they weather was hot and the owner was very friendly and understanding.
Appartement was great. Clean rooms, well-stuffed kitchen (you can prepare dishes by yourself if you want without any problem). Very good localization of appartement, near metro station (5 minutes on foot). Also near metro station good supermarket.
