Excellent location, excellent communication, as described. Close to the Bus station, beach few meters ahead, close to the night action, but then again quite place. Clean, maintained, I recommend.

First of all, we were amazed by the view and the close proximity to the water. The room was good enough for us (a family of 5 with 3 small kids). The kitchen area could've been better equipped but the staff provided me with what I needed and we managed well. Overall, we had a great time, got a good tan and enjoyed the shallow and surprisingly warm water. We'll come again! Cheers!

Great location, in the quiet end of Laganas. Walking distance to the main strip and the beachfront restaurants. Close to good restaurants and cosy cafes. Located next to Hamsa which is a nice restaurant also. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed every few days and sheets every 3rd day. Overall, good stay.

Very clean (the room was mopped daily), good communication with the owner, very close to the beach and the main street and good value for the money.

You get exactly what's on the pictures-beautiful balcony with the sea on your doorstep, cosy studio with a comfortable bed and little kitchenette. Brilliant in its simplicity and charm. It was cleaned for us every day, and towels changed quite often. The housemaid was so helpful telling us where to go and what to see. We are so grateful. Excellent location, close to supermarkets and the beach. Everything we needed and dreamed about. Laganas has everything, and it's definitely not a quiet place. If you don't like loud music, it might be a bid bothering,as the bar next door likes it loud. Or at night it may be some celebrations with Sirtakis in the restaurants around and you can definitely hear them. We were not bothered at all,actually, it was fun. A highly recommended place to stay and don't forget to hire a vehicle 😉
